Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a bit on the pricey side compared to others in Lake Placid, but the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely done with great views. They were spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and very clean. The service was a bit lacking in providing information about additional charges, but they truly went above and beyond their duties: professional and very helpful, especially for first-time visitors to LPV. The location was nice, although the hotel is dated; still, it offers many other options nearby. The dining experience could have been better considering the cost per night, and the facilities were not up to par. Overall, a bit mixed in terms of value for money but still worth a visit.
My stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were not only comfortable but also spacious, with a fantastic massive leather sofa and an amazing bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The staff made sure to check in with us via text multiple times, showing great care and attention to detail. Although the housekeeping service was affected by student staffing returning to college, the rooms were still kept clean and nicely done, offering wonderful views.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and huge, well-appointed with a wonderful massive leather sofa and an awesome bathroom with a walk-in shower. The great staff checked in with us via text several times, making the experience even better. The location was excellent, right on the main strip of the town, making it convenient to explore shops and restaurants. The only downside was the dining, which was not complimentary considering the room rates.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of excitement and disappointment. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town with a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were amazing, with a cozy fireplace, outside deck, and a spacious bathroom, but unfortunately, they were extremely dirty, which was a big letdown. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with the staff being kind and knowledgeable. The dining experience left much to be desired as it was not the greatest for the price I paid.
